As the leading women organization in Washington, DC, our goal is to celebrate and support every woman who walks through our doors.
Today’s society is fiercely competitive. Consequently, girls and women throughout the community are susceptible to encountering hardships and obstacles that prevent them from realizing their potential. To push back against these forces, members of the community must uplift others and serve as guides, advocates, and friends. Only by strengthening the people around us will it be possible to establish an environment that values strength and compassion on equal footing.
P.R.O.M.I.S.E. (Her) is a women’s association based in Washington, DC, committed to women and girls. We create safe, supporting, and transparent spaces for individuals to grow. With our various programs and initiatives, we teach life skills and instill values that allow participants to discover their potential and strengthen their abilities.
